Control Pilates By Dani was established in 2021 during a Global Pandemic and has grown to become highly regarded as one of Reno’s leading Pilates Instruction Studios.

Control Pilates By Dani specializes in private lessons, semi-private lessons, group Mat and equipment classes. Dani's studio supplies all equipment needed for a complete Pilates workout.

Danielle Andrade, founder and owner, is a Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher graduated by the Elder Lolita San Miguel, Lolita’s Disciple, Physiotherapist and she has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her goal is to provide a place to support you through all phases of injuries, surgeries and conditions needing increased movement. This includes pre/post surgery, rehabbing an injury and challenging your body to prevent future injuries.
